Yes, you can request the personal trainer of your choice. If the trainer you requested has a full schedule, you may be offered a different trainer who is fully qualified to support your fitness goals.

Cancellations require 24-hour minimum notice before your scheduled time, otherwise that session becomes null and void. That said, we will always work with you to reschedule your session the best we can.

All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations must occur at least 1 week before month’s end to avoid being charged for the following month.

All fitness training can be completed using everyday household items such as, chairs, the floor, walls, etc. That said, we recommend inexpensive fitness equipment such as resistance bans, hip circles, and dumbbells to maximize your workouts. 

As a virtual training company, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule while you travel. All you need is a smartphone and an internet connection to have a great workout experience with your virtual trainer no matter where you are in the world.
