12-week transformation challenge
Challenge Guidelines
- Entry fee to participate is $199. Winner of the 12-week transformation challenge receives $500 cash.
- You will be paired with a certified coach who will meet with you via live video chat every 2 weeks (6 times total).
- You will receive nutrition education that will enable you to eat the foods you love and still lose weight.
- You will also receive customized cardio and resistance training programming.
- Coaches will keep you accountable by staying in touch with you via the Sperduti Fitness app.
- You will be invited to join the Transformation Challenge Facebook group.
- At the end of the 12-week challenge, whoever has the most impressive body transformation will receive a $500 cash prize.
What to Expect:
Week 1
Challenge begins!
Transformation challenge orientation (Zoom)
- Meet & greet with your coach
- Complete the Intro Flexible Nutrition Seminar
- Learn how to use the Sperduti Fitness calorie counter
- Get set up with the MyFitnessPal app
Week 2
- Complete customized cardio plan
- Complete customized resistance training workouts
- Stay within your caloric goals
- Log all data (cardio, calories, etc.) into the Sperduti Fitness App
- Schedule next week’s check-in with your coach
Week 3
- Make sure all data is in the app before meeting with your coach
- Upload progress pictures
- Upload nutrition information
- Upload measurements
- Zoom check-in with your coach
Week 4
- Complete customized cardio plan
- Complete customized resistance training workouts
- Stay within your caloric goals
- Log all data (cardio, calories, etc.) into the Sperduti Fitness App
- Schedule next week’s check-in with your coach
Week 5
- Make sure all data is in the app before meeting with your coach
- Upload progress pictures
- Upload nutrition information
- Upload measurements
- Zoom check-in with your coach
