Our Philosophy
At Sperduti Fitness we believe in a flexible, sustainable, individualized approach to nutrition and fitness. Treating each client as a unique individual and taking the time to assess each aspect of their life in order to help them develop the skills they will need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is imperative to take into account current nutritional patterns, resistance training, age, stress levels, sleeping habits, hormonal factors, fitness education and other variables, when developing a Personalized Fitness Protocol (PFP). Our overall goal is to adjust a client’s PFP as changes occur, and educate them on how to reach and maintain their fitness goals them long term.
