At Sperduti Fitness we believe in a flexible, sustainable, individualized approach to nutrition and fitness. Treating each client as a unique individual and taking the time to assess each aspect of their life in order to help them develop the skills they will need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is imperative to take into account current nutritional patterns, resistance training, age, stress levels, sleeping habits, hormonal factors, fitness education and other variables, when developing a Personalized Fitness Protocol (PFP).  Our overall goal is to adjust a client’s PFP as changes occur, and educate them on how to reach and maintain their fitness goals them long term.

This program is designed for the individual who wants to get in shape but has limited time. You don’t even have to leave your living room!  Equipment is optional and training is based on your goals. 
This package includes a personalized weight-loss & nutrition program.
