Every Saturday, upload your progress pictures (see example below) and let me know how the past week was (emotionally, mentally, etc.) 

First week of each month, upload your progress pictures and let me know how the past week was (emotionally, mentally, etc.) PLUS include measurements for chest, right arm, waist, hips, and right leg. (see how to video below)

Submit front, back, and side pictures (in the same positions). Women wear sports bra and shorts (see examples below)
